All three locations, by appointment only.

When at Life Medical clinic locations, I follow licensing regulations set by the state and the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health, including diagnosing and accepting insurance like any other health professional in Minnesota.

When at my Golden Valley office, I practice under Minnesota’s Freedom of Access to Complementary Care Law (Statute Chapter 146A and section 146A.11) as a Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) provider, here diagnosis is not issued, and insurance is not accepted. HSA, Flex, Paypal, credit cards, checks and cash are accepted.
